urrr... so. I haven't been writing posting much at all, sorry. It's most likely because I've moved to eulabee.dreamwidth.org. Eulabee is the name of a watercolor artist, and it just has a nice ring to it. Beware- the website's still under construction.

And I have on dreamwidth code- although there's plenty going around already!

Well, my game has been recovered, after being zapped and purged and getting a new liver. But there's a weird file in there that's making it crash after an hour or so, which is quite annoying because I always forget to save. Pssha. It's doing better. I just need to find that bad file and delete it- all I know is that it's probably furniture.

And as promised, here are two WCIFs. First, I really want these lips by LYNNESEY at GOS. It's a set of recolors of a mouseyblue lipstick.

I'm searching high and low for a 'shy blush' by corvidophile2. I've already checked sironasims and her mts2 account, where it probably was before it was deleted or something. If possible, I'd also like the 'Multiwearable Freckles' set which I can't find.

I opened my downloads folder today. Almost everything was missing.

I have camera, config, collections and downloads. Everything else is gone. And my files inside 'downloads' are all gone. I thought I backed my game up, but it appears everything there is gone too. :{

So now I have no choice but to start over. Hopefully the game will generate new files. But oh man...

candorfield and an apology in advance

A peek into my new neighborhood, named Candorfield. I only took pictures of Damsel, ~~the only sim in my neighborhood~~ one of my favorite sims. I'll try not to use too many legacy-style captions. Next time, it'll just be pictures, I promise.

So. Here we go.

This is Damsel Paxton, my newest sim. Her name is kind of ironic, har har. She's a criminal sometimes-mastermind and sometimes a superhero at the same time. She's particularly fond of cats, chinese food, medical dramas, and newspapers. She has about two hundred grand in savings (rich uncle supervillain) but why she chooses to live in a shack is beyond me.

...yeah. For some reason, every time Damsel bought a blind date, he would never show up, and then you'd have to greet Marie Darga all over again. Stupid lot. :[

Here's the house. It uses all the build content of sixtylilies 's amazing lot. When I downloaded it, all the content showed up, but no house. So it's a modified and grungified locoplus mini house. Let's take a look, shall we?

What's really cool is that there isn't any carpet in the living room, just terrain. So a plus: you can dig for treasure in your house!

Don't know why there's a massage table. Doesn't even work! But hey, a girl can do what she wants. :)

Yeah... don't know why the surgery table is in the bedroom either. It's kinda creepy. But her lifetime want is to be at the top of the medical track!

I love the bathroom. Especially the 'hidden' bathtub.

Anyway, screw the matchmaker. We have Claire something. Although we never got a welcome wagon. :[ I haven't spawned any townies yet.

And she not only has awesome hair, but PINK eyes.

Damsel spam.

So after a shaking of hands, pink eyed lady walked right in the house and stole the burnt toaster pastry Damsel just made. Yey.

Om nom nom?

I gave PEL an appropriate makeover according to her eye color. Don't mind her here- she just looks kind of... high.

That's better. I also may or may not have wanted to use my neon hair. 8D

Just wanted to try out the surgery machine.

And this is why Damsel is rejected by the only other two people in this neighborhood, Gypsy and PEL.

My friend has a question about her game; her moon and stars don't show up. Rarely, she can see a couple stars, but the moon never shows up. Can anyone answer this? i've googled this myself and found nothing. Anyway, thanks for reading!

Anyway, the problem: Candorfield's terrain sucks. I randomly picked a maxis neighborhood (bad bad decision) so everything is sloped and un-buildable. I wanted to make a really cool downtown, but now my dreams a crushed. I could try to move to a new neighborhood, custom this time. The positive news is that Damsel is my only sim, lol. I have her saved in bodyshop, and her house is saved too. I hope you guys don't mind me switching neighborhoods AGAIN. The new one will be called Candorfield Redux.

another reason why i can't play sims

My internet cable went kaput. Now I can't download content or figure out how to patch my game. I'm on a laptop with wireless right now, which sucks.

What sucks more is that I just got university, so I can't install that until I figure out what's wrong with my game. It crashes constantly.

My neighborhood has been going a little glitchy, and I'm also trying to clean up my custom content. I'm switching to maxis-match, and I'm pretty sure I'll use _simplyrandom unnamed Leh blends. They're amazing! As for eyes, I think I'm going to use simspectrum's Lyra eyes, the maxis match ones. They're here.

I feel bad for wimping out and only being able to post one legacy, but I'm going to make another neighborhood because Middleground is all trashed out. :\

So, I felt like making eyes. A couple, just cause. I had made recolors of dragomandy's june eyes before, but they weren't that great. So I made my own! Only two so far....

Welp...

I'm raiiny. I like sims. That about covers it, right? I'm gonna be posting here all my legacy/downloads/crap here, and hopefully you see me around. Been a long time lurker, and I figured that LJs were a lot more fun than posting anywhere else. Anyways, I just wanted to say hellos.
